Bachmann Auctioneers was founded by Vince and Jane Bachmann in 1981. They have conducted numerous auctions over the years in Minnesota and North Dakota ranging from: Farm, Real Estate, Estates, Commercial, Business Liquidations, Antiques & Collectibles, Fundraising, and Specialty auctions. Bachmann Auctioneers is a family owned and operated business involving: Vince and Jane Bachmann, their two sons Andrew & Austin, Vince's parents Clair and Verna, and numerous others.
Vince Bachmann grew up on a dairy farm in Frazee, MN. He graduated from high school and the World Wide College of Auctioneering in 1981. During the years Vince has had work related experience in farming, tool and die manufacturing, milling, lumber, and building materials. He started with the real estate business in the early 90's and is now Co-Broker and Co-Owner in Bachmann Carow Real Estate Inc. Vince works with all types of real estate and specializes in hunting and farm land. Vince also served on the board of directors for the Minnesota State Auctioneers Association. In 1997 Vince was the Minnesota State Auctioneering Champion, and in 1999 received the Honorary FFA Chapter Degree for Bachmann Auctioneers in addition he has received numerous other awards over the years for auctioneering, advertising, and being an active member of the community. He is also a member of the Minnesota and North Dakota Auctioneers Associations along with the Minnesota and National Realtors Associations. Vince is also a Contract Auctioneer for other Auction Companies.
Jane has been involved with Bachmann Auctioneers ever since they started. She has been in involved with preparation of the auctions, clerking, settling of auctions, and advertising accounts. Jane manages her own clerking crew which consist of experienced professional long-time family friends.
Austin Bachmann has been involved in the family auctioneering business ever since he was a young boy. He started off by helping with where ever he could and over the years has gotten more involved with the auctioneering profession. He now works full time with his father in the auctioneering and real estate business in which he holds licenses for both. Austin graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in 2004, Frazee High School in 2006, MSCTC College in 2009 with a Sales, Marketing and Business Management Degree. Austin was the Minnesota State Auctioneers Association Rookie Champion Auctioneer in 2007, the 2010 Minnesota State Reserve Champion Auctioneer, the 2011 1st Runner up, and the 2012 Minnesota & North Dakota State Champion Auctioneer, the youngest MN State Champion Auctioneer, Austin & His Father Vince are the first Father/Son Duo to both be MN State Champion Auctioneers. Austin is a member of the Minnesota, North Dakota, and National Auctioneers and Realtors Associations, and is currently serving as a Board of Director for the Minnesota State Auctioneers Association. Austin is also a Contract Auctioneer for other Auction Companies.
Andrew Bachmann has been involved with Bachmann Auctioneers starting at a young age. In 2004 Andrew graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering. Andrew was the Minnesota Rookie Champion Auctioneer in 2006, Minnesota State Auctioneers Association Reserve Champion in 2007, 1st Runner up in 2008, and the 2013 Minnesota State Champion Auctioneer. Andrew is a Bid-Caller, and the Consignment Set-up Coordinator for Bachmann Auctioneers, and also a contract auctioneer for other Auction Companies.
Clair Bachmann, Vince's dad, has been a ringman and setup guy ever since Vince first started. He has worked at almost every auction Bachmann Auctioneers has had. Clair is a retired Dairy Farmer and resides in Rural Frazee with his wife, Verna.
