The properties are zoned Urban Expansion allowing the buyer opportunities for development, annexation, or a wide array of other uses in coordination with the local zoning officials. The properties are currently classified as a mix of agricultural, rural preserve, residential non-homestead, and wetlands located on ag property. Additionally, the properties have public utilities at the property including water and sewer.

 

Parcel 1 consists of 38.27 acres of farmland that is improved with an irrigation pivot. The property features a natural wildlife wetlands area along the southern boundary as shown on the survey.

 

Parcel 2 consists of 31.70 acres of a mix of farmland, wildlife wetlands area, woods, and is improved with an older multi-story home.
